PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

EFTPOS and HICAPS facilities are available for direct claims with your health fund, leaving you only the gap, if any to pay on the day. Must bring Health Fund card to your appointment.

CDM

Payments for CDM or EPC programs require full payment on the day of treatment. You are eligible for a medicare rebate of $60.35 per treatment. Your rebate will be processed on the spot with Medicare depositing the rebate into a bank card with a Cheque or Savings account attached. You must bring your CDM or EPC referral and medicare card.

DVA

Treatments are Bulk Billed so no payment is required. You are eligible with a referral from your GP and hold a White or Gold card.
